Hire Washington State Investigators Because You Want Results
The ability to solve cases quickly and efficiently is one of the things that sets Washington State investigators apart from the competition. Having the best equipment, access to the most advanced databases, and being connected to a network of unique sources give us the advantage and allows us to do just that. Where some investigators may choose to run out and conduct days and days of expensive surveillance and tailing, we would much rather do our homework first, and then perform surveillance only when the time is right. However, this takes skill, experience, and patience.
Resources are the tools that an investigator will use to get the job done. These tools can include such things as equipment, databases, and human contacts or “sources.” Washington State Investigators understands which resources to use to solve problems and answer questions reducing time and effort, and saving the client money.
We are equally committed to being up-to-date and to remaining state-of-the-art. That is why we continually monitor a number of industry periodicals, trade association newsletters, and vendor advertisements looking for information on the latest advancements in technology and techniques. We are continually updating our methods, resources, and equipment so that we may bring the very best quality service to our clients.
Technology and Investigation
Technology has become a normal part of our daily lives. The demand to understand it and how it can benefit you is a necessity. As principal investigator at Washington State Investigators, I incorporate my background in Information Technology (Network and Security) to better meet the needs of our clients. The services provided inform clients about computer and network security vulnerabilities, including important topics like “what is social engineering” and social media awareness directed toward private individuals, employees and small business owners. Identity theft is becoming a serious concern for many people and finding a service provider who understands vulnerabilities and risk is paramount. Washington State Investigators specializes in identity theft prevention and recovery. We take the necessary precautions to keep all your information secure.
Client Confidentiality and Privacy
Washington State Investigators protects all client information and will not allow information pertaining to a client or subject of an investigation to be accessed by anyone other than the client. Such confidential and protected information will not be available to anyone other than the client without written consent and permission by the client as stated in the contract.
We do not accept cases that have a conflict of interest to our clients. We are obligated by state law not to divulge information about our clients, the subject of an investigation, or otherwise to any other party unless ordered to do so by a court of law. If such a conflict of interest should arise, we will decline acceptance of the case without disclosing the reason for declination other than stating a conflict of interest exists.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we do guarantee our work, but we cannot guarantee that the results of an investigation or background search will provide you with the information for a desired outcome. We present you with all the facts and information or evidence collected, including photographs, video surveillance, or by written statement. During an investigation, we keep our client informed about the progress of their investigation. Washington State Investigators knows how important this is to our clients.
Exchange Information with your Investigator
Once you have hired a Private Investigator, your entire relationship is based upon an exchange of information. As mentioned earlier, this is by no means a one-way street. It’s absolutely vital that you share as much information about the subject of your investigation as possible with your investigator. Withholding or omitting key bits of information very often has serious adverse effects on the investigation. Among other things, it unduly draws out the ‘discovery’ time for information you already know. If the investigator doesn’t ‘discover’ withheld information within the time frame you think they should, it may cause you to doubt the investigator’s thoroughness or capabilities. You owe it to yourself to provide your investigator with all the information thereby giving them the opportunity to effectively maximize their investigative efforts. Otherwise, you may be wasting funds better spent on other important parts of the investigation.
